Collaborative and specific
We’ll begin with what is happening now and what you want to change. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, we’ll shape our work around your goals, needs, strengths, and pace.
I’m a therapist and the founder of Mindful Kinetics, based in Portland, Oregon. I help adults navigate ADHD, OCD, and Anxiety with warmth, curiosity, and practical tools designed for their actual lives.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when your mind is racing, when focus slips away, or when compulsive behaviors feel impossible to control. You might feel stuck, exhausted, or frustrated that things aren’t getting better despite all your efforts.
Here’s the truth: you’re not alone in this. And you don’t have to face it alone either.
I founded Mindful Kinetics because I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We use these tools to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Beyond techniques and theories, I bring lived experience. As someone who identifies as neurodiverse, I understand on a personal level the frustration, confusion, and courage it can take to ask for help and make meaningful change. That understanding shapes the genuine, compassionate way I connect with clients.
My goal is to help you build a life that feels more grounded, focused, and aligned with who you are. Whether you’re struggling with anxious thoughts, attention difficulties, compulsions, avoidance, or self-criticism, we’ll look for practical strategies that fit your brain and your life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, active, and individualized. You bring the expertise on your own experience, and I bring clinical knowledge, structure, and tools we can adapt together.
We’ll begin with what is happening now and what you want to change. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, we’ll shape our work around your goals, needs, strengths, and pace.
CBT, ACT, and ERP give us a strong clinical foundation. We’ll translate those approaches into concrete skills and experiments that can help outside the therapy room.
The goal is not to force you into someone else’s version of normal. It is to understand your brain with curiosity, reduce shame, and build ways of living that feel more sustainable and true to you.
