Meet the Team
Awareness helps you see the way forward.
Support can help you take that next step.
I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a different relationship with the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that keep showing up. You don’t need to arrive with the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out; we can begin with where you are and move at the pace that feels best to you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build a deeper understanding of your experiences, and practice new ways of responding that feel realistic and meaningful.
While practical tools are important, I also believe lasting change begins with feeling genuinely heard. I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect for the experiences that have shaped you. Rather than asking you to fit into a rigid treatment plan, we will create an approach that reflects your needs, strengths, and the life you want to build.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to yourself. Whether you are navigating persistent worry, difficulty focusing, intrusive thoughts, or compulsive behaviors, I will support you in developing greater confidence and finding strategies that work in your everyday life.
I offer online counseling throughout Oregon. I look forward to supporting you as you take your next meaningful step forward.
